Breathing Therapy represents a unique approach to wellness in spirit, mind and body. It was developed over the last 20 years, and it has proven to be effective in all psychosomatic illness. Proper breathing has profound effects on our health. Good breathing supports muscle growth and energy to get things done. Our first breath, yes our first (do you remember it?) was filled with fluid, painful, and scary this was the result of being hit! (remember ;p)
“When ever we undergo difficult moments in life we tend to hold our breath. This then shuts down the musculature of the whole “mechanism” , creating body armor, thus locking in place the tension of the difficult moment. Moments begin to pile up like this and soon we are only using 20% of our capacity to breath, thus having only 20% of our energy capacity”
I was recently introduced to “Breathing Therapy”, it actually works. It only require 15 minutes a day and of-course practice. Breathing allows us to discover, explore, and develop the power and potential ourselves. We all know that the nose has a left and a right side, which we use both to inhale and exhale. But did you know that they are different, I didn’t! During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breath. In about 5 mins, your headache will be gone. If you feel tired, just close your left nose and breath through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.
Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? If the left is faster, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly. (try it!)
I used to have bad headaches where I had a headache literally every night, I was unable to function and was always cranky. I took painkillers, a lot but it didn’t work! Then a friend of mine told me why don’t you try “breathing therapy” and I did. I closed my right nose and breathed through my left nose. In few days, the headaches were gone!
This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that I have experienced and it really works.
“Breath Therapy techniques offer quick, effective ways to clear your head, to settle your stomach, to calm your nerves, and to open your heart.”
They say, proper breathing has profound effects on our health. Over 70% of waste by-products are eliminated through our breathing and our skin. When our blood is heavily oxygenated it becomes very difficult for virus’ and bacteria to grow in our body. Very often our “breathing mechanism” is in need of healing as a result of the breathing trauma we sustained at birth. I believe that the breathing therapy can change all this, we should allow ourselves enough air.
