It all started when that someone lashed out at me and said “You are a NOBODY!”
This someone and what s/he said literally made me sick for one whole week. I was in bed for days thinking and thinking until I decided to overcome it and use it to motivate me. Yes I was depressed, frustrated, and felt “stuck” but I learned to turn things around.
Many believes that when we were young life was easier but the truth is life still is easy. It always will be. The only difference is we’re older, and the older we get, the harder we make things for ourselves. As we grew older our minds became gradually disillusioned by negative external influences and we began to hesitate and question our instincts.

Bosses cling to the past and cope with the present
There is a key difference between a Leader and a boss. Leaders are people that are responsible for inspiring, guiding and leading a group of people on a path for a common cause. A boss is a person who is in charge of the work place. Yet a leader could be the boss or a boss could be a leader, while it could be the complete opposite where a leader is not a boss, nor is a boss a leader. Not all bosses are leaders, but they both play an important role in our lives.

Excellence is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.
“Excellence” is a very broad term which we hear a lot nowadays. The over use of it makes me think if people know what it actually mean. Excellence is striving for quality in all that we do to take pride in our accomplishments. This doesn’t mean being perfect, it means using our abilities and opportunities to their fullest. It’s the commitment!
Excellence is when you do the right thing, even when you think no one is watching, and no matter how it will impact you in the short-term. When you are a person of excellence, word travels fast, and you become indispensable in your organization & life. We all have dreams but sometimes we are afraid to pursue them and hold ourselves back. People can encourage us to commit and leap but this only comes from us, only when we are ready we will leap. Here is a question for you “When was the last time you jumped into something?!”
If you had a friend who spoke to you in the same way that you sometimes speak to yourself, how long would you allow that person to be your friend? The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others. You must love who you are or no one else will.
If you wouldn’t treat anyone else that way, then why are you beating yourself up?
